By submitting an article, the author guarantees that the submitted material is original, and that until the end of consideration, the specified material will not be transferred to third parties for publication in other publications.
1.4. Articles are published in the journal based on peer review. The authors submit to the editors a formalized and completed article, which the editors send to a specialist with an academic degree in a given scientific field, whose name and surname are unknown to the author of the article. A specialist reviewing an article cannot be its author (co-author), or be the scientific supervisor of the author(s).

Reviewing is carried out using the double-blind review method - the reviewer does not know the name of the author, the author does not know the name of the reviewer. No other reviews will be accepted for consideration!

2.6. Members of the editorial board review the article within a certain time frame.
